With Reactive Systems, an in-depth study was carried out into the individual behaviour of an organism in relation to changes in the environmental factors with which it interacts. This knowledge was transferred to the design phase in symbiosis with the elastic characteristics of the system obtained through form-finding. The result is structures that can react to stimuli from the surroundings and adapt to them by self-regulating, and passing to a new spatial configuration. The process that generates the movement of the component required the use of electrical actuators that generate force in a given direction and at a precise moment. The actuators were controlled by a microcontroller, Arduino, and a scripting that enabled the environment data captured by the sensors to be read and processed.
